Does the Authority provide water and sewer services to residential and commercial customers?
No, the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority does not provide water or sewer services to residential or commercial customers. PTRWA provides wholesale treatment services to our member governments who are then responsible for providing the retail delivery to their customers.
